Our customer service consists of approximately 40 agents who answer a large number of phone calls from customers, debtors and government agencies every day. Working as an agent means answering questions about debt collection cases, invoice cases, parking cases, etc. Here you work in an eventful environment where all cases are unique. The team is a great mix of different ages who always make sure they have fun while doing a great job.
Vår kundtjänst består av ca. 40 agenter som besvarar ett stort antal telefonsamtal från kunder, gäldenärer och myndigheter varje dag. Arbetet som agent innebär att besvara frågor om inkassoärenden, fakturaärenden, parkeringsärenden, etc. Här arbetar du i en händelserik miljö där alla ärenden är unika. Vi som arbetar tillsammans är ett härligt gäng med blandade åldrar som alltid har nära till skratt.

Who are we?
A lot has happened since Svea was founded almost 40 years ago. We have grown from a small side project with only a few employees to an impactful financial company with offices across Europe.
As we have grown, we have taken advantage of the familiar feeling of the small company we have been, and combined it with the stability of the big company we have become.
